Triveni Concrete (TCP), legally registered as Triveni Concrete Products Pvt. Ltd., is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer based in Chitwan, Nepal.
Founded on Chaitra 4, 2043 BS, Triveni Concrete has been manufacturing PSC poles and RCC Hume pipes in Chitwan for nearly four decades — one of the first factories in Nepal to do it, and still one of the ones people call first.
We started casting poles and pipes here in Ratnanagar in 1987, and we've done it every year since — through nearly four decades of watching what actually holds up on-site versus what just looks good on a spec sheet. That's not a fact we put on a certificate and move on from; it's the reason we don't shortcut curing time even when a client's in a hurry, and why we catch problems most factories wouldn't think to look for.
Our team studies the standards we build to — IS 1678, IS 458, IS 1785 — rather than just following a checklist someone else wrote. That hands-on technical understanding, paired with an ISO 9001:2015 certified process, is what turns 39 years of experience into a pole or pipe that's still standing when you go back to check on it.
The checklist below isn't new — it's close to what we've followed since 1987, refined over nearly four decades on the factory floor. Since 2015, it's also checked by an outside auditor under ISO 9001:2015, not just us. In practice: materials get inspected before they're used, concrete gets batched to spec, and every pole and pipe gets checked before it leaves the yard — the same steps, every time.

We started in Bharatpur Oralo back in 1987 — that original site is still our Chitwan office today. A couple of years ago, production outgrew it and moved into a larger, dedicated factory in Jayamangala, Ratnanagar. Together with a second office in Kathmandu, it keeps us close enough to the ground to know what a project actually needs, and set up to deliver anywhere in Nepal.
