From raw material to finished product, every PSC pole and RCC Hume pipe goes through a controlled, standards-driven process before it leaves our factory.
Cement, steel wire and aggregates are checked against relevant material standards before they're used, so only conforming materials enter production.
PSC poles are cast using the pre-tensioning method: steel wire is stressed inside the mould before concrete is poured. Hume pipes are cast using a spinning process around a reinforcing steel cage.
Poles and pipes are cured under controlled conditions for several days before release for testing, allowing the concrete to reach full design strength.
Concrete samples are compression-tested, and finished poles and pipes are checked for strength and surface finish before dispatch.
